Well, my homepage has had a couple of formats since it's first version: 1995 (missing), 
1997, 2000.This version is run by SnipSnap, a Wiki implementation I really like. It allows me to focus on content, not on style or HTML-typing and updating pages is just too easy for not doing it. That's the way I like to keep my homepage up-to-date.(Well, that's for now, see how it looks in two years with the new fancy HomeContentManagementAtYourFingertipsPlugAndPlay.)
